Clyde Hill is a wonderful town located just minutes from the heart of Downtown Bellevue. Neighboring communities include Medina, Yarrow Point, Hunts Point and Bellevue. Clyde Hill was officially incorporated as a Town in March of 1953. It is now home to slightly over 1,000 households and 3,000 residents. The town is governed by a Mayor-Council system consisting of a Mayor and five council members. Clyde Hill has its own police department and fire station.

This is also a quick commute to Seattle and other areas with easy access to Highway 520 and Interstate 405. Many properties have lovely views of the Olympic Mountains, Cascade Mountains, Lake Washington, and the Seattle city skyline, making this a beautiful place to live!
Schools
Clyde Hill Elementary and Chinook Middle School are part of the Bellevue School District and are located in Clyde Hill. High School students attend Bellevue High School. Nearby Events
The Bellevue Art Museum Fair is a huge weekend fair around the Bellevue Square area, which spotlights Northwest artists. It is usually held the last weekend of July.
Seafair is a month-long celebration throughout the Greater Seattle area. It culminates with hydroplane races on Lake Washington along with an air show, which can be seen from many residences!
